Do you need License or Registration for your electric scooters?
Our 500Watt Electric Scooters/Bikes do not require any insurance, license or registration.
How far can you travel on your Electric Scooters?
Depending on road conditions and how many hills you will be traveling on, in Vancouver typicall you can travel up to 40-45 kilometers, in Richmond you may travel up to 50 kilometers.
How long does it take to charge a battery?
It can take up to 7 hours to charge an empty battery and half the time with a half charged battery.
How long will the battery last before replacing another battery?
These sealed lead cell batteries will last 300 - 400 charges or three to four years depending how often you use your scooter.
Can you travel these electric scooters/bicycles on the main road?
Yes, the same rules as a bicycle on the main road.
Do you sell license plates letting drivers know you are on an electric scooter not a regular scooter?
Yes you can purchase them online or right at the store.
Can you travel these electric scooter/bicycles on the side walk?
You are not permitted to travel on the sidewalk.
How do I charge my electric scooter/bicycle?
You just plug your scooter/bicycle's charger to your scooter/bicycle and the other end to a regular 110Volt wall power socket.
Can you use gas on these electric bicycles/scooters?
No these are just electric bicycles and it costs about 10 cents per charge, most people charge their scooters over night and they are ready to travel to work and they would charge their scooters at work and it would be ready for home.
What is the maximum speed of these electric scooters/bicycles?
Canadian law requires these electric scooters/bicycles to go to a maximum 32km/h.

Maybe, but you will need to find out yourself.
